These robots, like all electronics, are powered by magic smoke. When you let the smoke out, they stop working, and it’s really, really hard to get the smoke back in.
I figured Alpha was going to have to outsmart the robots. Looks like they aren’t programmed for fighting in groups. (Yet?)
they’re really programmed to just kill each other if he does the right thing B)

and hates being upstaged because machines are simply just not as effective.

in fact, these robots are basically test-dummies, so might be that? (I had to google boneworks)
