That’s explains that. But it does bring up the question of such security and what the world was like before the Consortium? Or was it simply the Consortium was the only ones really left standing at what happened to pick up the pieces?
Certainly is a bit brutal method to guard such a place for such a amount of time. Is the Consortium trying to hide something?
